Brightspot is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own and evolve the systems, data, and processes that power our marketing engine. This role sits at the center of how Marketing performance is measured, analyzed, and communicated across the organization. You will manage and optimize our MarTech stack, translate complex data into clear insights, and build the operational infrastructure that enables Marketing and Sales to operate more effectively. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that partners closely with Marketing, Sales, and executive leadership. The right candidate is not simply a reporting operator, but a proactive systems thinker who identifies trends, surfaces insights, and helps the organization make smarter decisions about how we generate and convert pipeline. You will also play an important role in helping Brightspot leverage AI across our revenue ecosystem â identifying opportunities to automate workflows, improve targeting and segmentation, and measure the impact of emerging AI-driven tools. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning a full stack, solving complex operational challenges, and building systems that scale.
