We are seeking a visionary and result-driven Marketing Measurement & Analytics Associate Director to lead our agency’s evolution in media and marketing effectiveness. This is an instrumental senior leadership role responsible for acting as the in-house expert and thought leader responsible for defining, elevating, and implementing our measurement and analytics capabilities, moving beyond siloed reporting to deliver holistic, incrementality-focused insights across the entire client portfolio. This includes developing measurement frameworks, predictive models, and experimental designs, while also leading data governance and translating complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for both clients and internal teams. You will bridge the gap between complex data and actionable media strategy for our largest clients.
