Our core values emphasize an innovative mindset, collaboration, and community impact. We are seeking a Community and Enrollment Marketing Manager to join our team in the United States. Based in DFW this role is vital in driving our community engagement and enrollment strategies to support our mission of enriching young lives through quality education. Join us to help shape the future of early childhood learning. We are seeking a Community & Enrollment Marketing Manager to support our 4 locations of early childhood education centers. All of the locations are in prime growth markets of the DFW Metroplex - Plano, Frisco, McKinney and Lewisville. This role is ideal for someone who is highly social, organized, creative, and deeply invested in the local community. This is not a remote or purely digital role. You will be actively representing our schools in the community, attending events, building relationships with families and local businesses, supporting tours, and driving enrollment through authentic, in-person engagement paired with strong digital marketing execution.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in: Childcare, preschool, or family-focused marketing (strongly preferred) OR community/event marketing with a strong local presence
  • Experience with: Social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook), In-person event marketing, Customer-facing roles (sales, enrollment, tours)
  • Comfortable speaking with parents, caregivers, and children
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations/events

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase community engagement and student enrollment.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels.
  • Optimize online presence through SEO, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with franchise centers to tailor local marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to support enrollment goals.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to keep our marketing efforts innovative
  • Attend and represent all four schools at a minimum of 10 local community events per month
  • Identify, schedule, and coordinate new outreach opportunities specific to families with children ages 6 weeks–6 years
  • Build relationships with: Local elementary schools & PTOs, Pediatricians, OB-GYNs, speech/OT clinics, Gyms, swim schools, dance studios, Real estate agents & apartment communities
  • Track event ROI (leads collected, tours scheduled, enrollments generated)
  • Support Directors with school tours, open houses, and enrollment events
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality tour experience aligned with our brand and values
  • Follow up with prospective families via phone, email, or text
  • Assist with: Lead nurturing, Waitlist management support, Open house promotion and execution
  • Manage and create content for: Instagram, Facebook, Local parent/community groups
  • Capture real, authentic content from the schools: Classroom moments, Events, Teacher spotlights, Curriculum highlights
  • Post consistently and strategically to drive: Tour bookings, Brand trust, Community awareness
  • Coordinate promotions around: Enrollment specials, Summer camps, Pre-K & Kindergarten readiness, Texas-specific school calendar milestones
  • Execute preschool-specific marketing needs such as: Open House campaigns, Pre-K & Kindergarten enrollment drives, Summer camp enrollment, Back-to-school promotions
  • Support compliance-appropriate messaging aligned with: Texas childcare licensing requirements, Parent expectations around safety, ratios, and curriculum
  • Maintain brand standards across all locations
