The B2B Marketing Manager drives demand generation, pipeline growth, and sales enablement for our Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) business serving the Aerospace, Defense, Industrial, and Medical markets. This role will be responsible for both day-to-day execution and ongoing stewardship of the company’s growth marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging. They will own the full marketing funnel while also serving as a key partner to Business Development and Sales, ensuring they are equipped with compelling, data-driven collateral and thought leadership to win complex, long-cycle programs. This role combines analytical rigor, strong messaging skills, and practical execution; and understands how to translate technical capabilities into clear value propositions that resonate with OEMs, primes, and regulated-market customers.
