This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence, driving lead generation, and supporting our sales team to achieve growth targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the homebuilding or real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Schaeffer Homes' offerings.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate events and promotions to enhance community engagement and brand visibility.
