About The Position

Onsetto helps banks win commercial accounts, without integrations and with fast implementation timelines. We partner closely with financial institutions to drive growth, and we’re looking for someone who can help scale how we market, engage, and support our partners. About the Role We’re looking for a highly capable, detail-obsessed Marketing Manager who can own and execute across the full spectrum of marketing, from strategy to hands-on creation to partner support. This is not a narrow role. This is for someone who can figure things out, build from scratch, and get things done. You’ll work directly with leadership and act as a force multiplier across marketing, partnerships, and operations, owning everything from content creation and partner materials to events, campaigns, and day-to-day execution. Requirements

  • Have 3–7+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or a similar role
  • Are extremely detail-oriented and take pride in high-quality, polished work
  • Are comfortable both thinking strategically and executing tactically
  • Can manage multiple priorities without losing track of details
  • Are resourceful and proactive,you don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Have strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage marketing materials used to sell Onsetto to banks and support banks in selling to businesses
  • Build presentations, one-pagers, whitepapers, website content, and promotional materials
  • Develop clear, compelling messaging tailored to both financial institutions and business owners
  • Turn ideas into polished, ready-to-use deliverables quickly and independently
  • Equip bank partners with the tools and materials they need to successfully market and sell Onsetto
  • Customize and refine materials for specific partners when needed
  • Act as a reliable, detail-oriented resource for ongoing partner marketing needs
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across all partner-facing materials
  • Plan and execute Onsetto’s participation in banking conferences and association events
  • Manage logistics, materials, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure Onsetto shows up polished, prepared, and professional
  • Support follow-up efforts and maximize value from each event
  • Write and publish content across channels (LinkedIn, website, trade publications, etc.)
  • Develop thought leadership pieces, case studies, and industry content
  • Manage and maintain a consistent, high-quality brand presence
  • Identify opportunities to get Onsetto featured in relevant publications and industry outlets
  • Organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy
  • Build and maintain workflows, timelines, and internal processes
  • Track budgets and ensure efficient use of marketing spend
  • Create diagrams, flowcharts, and structured materials to communicate ideas clearly
  • Identify gaps, anticipate needs, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
