About The Position

Skilled Wound Care, a leading national surgical physician group servicing nursing homes for wound care, is looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to work with our Recruitment team and support our growing organization! We’re in search of a qualified and resourceful Marketing Manager to help our Recruiting department design and execute creative physician recruitment campaigns in order to attract and hire more physicians to our organization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager
  • Experience in healthcare and physician marketing preferred
  • Experience with graphic design software
  • Must have previous portfolio of marketing campaigns and a strong background in Google Ads and other Ad forms
  • Must be willing to travel to our company’s Physician Educational and Recruitment events (travel is minimal)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Must be willing to work from our office up to five days a week

  • Experience in healthcare and physician marketing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute new physician recruitment campaigns via online, email, and paper mail channels.
  • Perform market research; proactively communicate anticipated and current issues based on monitored trends.
  • Update messaging on job ads and all recruitment channels.
  • Research and identify new resources our recruitment team can utilize.
  • Work on brand messaging and advertising on our company website.
  • Monitor company website for new updates.
  • Organize video crews and create videos at our physician retreats/events in order to generate more content for our recruitment campaign
  • Ensure proper social media management.
  • Execute daily posts to assist with recruitment and maintain brand management
  • Work with outside marketing agencies to carry out our company's objectives
