Moffitt Services is a Texas-based fuel and lubricants distributor that is committed to providing quality fuels, lubricants, and superior service to customers that operate heavy equipment, generators, automotive and truck fleets, and more. We offer ultra-low sulfur diesel for on-road and off-road use, biodiesel, Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), gasoline, ethanol, E85, and kerosene as well as a full line of quality lubricants. As a Marketing Manager at Moffitt Services, you will oversee/manage the two marketing agencies while working together to develop marketing policies, programs, and campaigns. You will also work alongside the sales team to create new content, develop new tactics to reach industry niches, and execute sales networking events. As you assist the sales team, you will also manage the marketing specialist to ensure the marketing department meets branded standards. While you implement new ways to market the Moffitt Companies nationwide you will also work closely with the two philanthropic organizations called TX EquuSearch and Boots for Troops – working with both teams to plan, execute, communicate and organize large public events like the Moffitt Crawfish Festival and Annual Golf Tournament.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and strategy development.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily workflow for both marketing agencies and the internal marketing specialist.
  • Coordinate bi-weekly meetings with agencies to communicate priorities, provide feedback, and support the Director’s strategic vision.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables align with brand standards.
  • Assist with collecting digital performance data and preparing analytics reports for monthly management meetings.
  • Help implement targeted campaigns based on geographic trends and customer segments.
  • Support the Director in managing B2B campaigns through Meta, LinkedIn, and Google platforms.
  • Ensure accurate lead review a nd support CRM lead assignment under direction of the Director.
  • Help monitor pipelines and confirm leads are properly entered, tracked, and followed up by sales.
  • Assist with creative direction by coordinating with designers (internal and external) to produce high-quality assets.
  • Help execute campaigns, photoshoots, videos, digital materials, and print collateral — based on direction provided by the Marketing Director.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Specialist on content calendars, social media posts, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain consistency across all branded items.
  • Prepare updated sales collateral, presentations, trade show materials, and branded tools as requested.
  • Work closely with sales reps to understand immediate material needs, upcoming events, or customer-facing priorities.
  • Assist in evaluating the performance of marketing-sourced leads and share findings with the Director and Sales Leadership.
  • Provide logistical and branding support for major company events including: Crawfish Festival Annual Golf Tournament Trade shows Customer events Coordinate sponsorship materials, creative assets, vendor communication, and timelines as directed.
  • Support Boots for Troops, Texas EquuSearch, and the Moffitt Legacy Foundation by assisting with marketing tasks and event marketing materials.
  • Support the Director in developing and distributing communications related to disaster response efforts.
  • Assist with gathering field content (photos, videos, updates) for press releases, social posts, or internal communication.
  • Work with the Marketing Specialist to help manage inventory, product selection, and new merchandise designs.
  • Assist with vendor coordination, purchasing, and distributing branded materials for employees and sales reps.
  • Help track marketing expenses and event costs, ensuring alignment with budgets established by the Director.
  • Prepare materials, presentations, newsletters, and communications for internal and external audiences.
  • Responsible for reporting on digital marketing analytics, inquiry traffic, and upcoming events for the company and sales teams at the monthly management meeting.
  • Collects data and analytical reporting on all aspects of the digital marketing platform by utilizing CRM and Digital Marketing tools.
  • Responsible for analyzing lead inquiries and implementing new marketing strategies based off geographic locations.
  • Create Digital Marketing campaigns based off customer persona and B2B strategies using Meta Business, LinkedIn, Google Analytics and connected devices.
  • Review and manages all online inquiries and assigns leads to various sales pipelines within Moffitt via the CRM.
  • Conducts and executes all advertising and media opportunities for brand awareness.
  • Partner with Sales on tradeshow activities and purchase and organize all related materials needed for event.
  • Partners with the company’s non-profit organizations to market and brand our partnerships and defines new ways to bring awareness.
  • Partner with various departments on special events by planning and execution.
  • Responsible for maintaining the marketing relationship with branded resellers at ExxonMobil, including conducting quarterly meetings to review marketing goals and performance.
  • Oversee internal and external communications to stakeholders for awareness and engagement.
  • Plan and execute the annual crawfish festival in collaboration with Boots for Troops and the annual company golf tournament with Texas EquuSearch.
  • Collaborate with marketing specialist to create content and manage inventory on the Moffitt Store, overseeing the purchasing of branded materials for sales reps and employees.
  • Track marketing expenses to ensure departments stay within delegated budgets and resources are allocated efficiently within accounting.
