We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager who understands both brand building and lead generation. This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all marketing initiatives including digital advertising, connected TV, traditional media, reputation management, and local growth strategies. This is a leadership-level role focused on revenue growth — not just social media posting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in marketing, preferably in home services or local service businesses.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, digital ads, and lead generation funnels.
  • Experience with media buying (CTV, cable, or broadcast preferred).
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with revenue goals.
  • Drive 25% sales growth across both service territories.
  • Allocate and manage marketing budget efficiently.
  • Oversee and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Oversee and optimize Local Service Ads
  • Oversee and optimize Retargeting campaigns
  • Oversee and optimize SEO strategy
  • Track cost per lead, cost per booked job, and ROI.
  • Work with vendors as needed but maintain ownership of results.
  • Evaluate and manage Connected TV (CTV), streaming, cable, and/or broadcast advertising.
  • Negotiate placements and monitor performance.
  • Integrate TV with digital retargeting strategies.
  • Increase brand visibility in Palm Harbor, Clearwater, Largo, Citrus Park & Keystone.
  • Manage community sponsorships and partnerships.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Refining/Developing dashboards to track Leads, Call volume, Booking rate, Revenue by territory, ROI by channel
  • Present monthly performance reports to ownership.
  • Maintain and enhance our 4.9+ star reputation.
  • Develop strategies to increase review volume.
  • Monitor brand presence across platforms.
