About The Position

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing the hotel’s integrated marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with brand standards and commercial objectives. This role partners closely with Sales, Operations, Revenue Management, and Corporate Marketing to strengthen brand positioning, elevate the guest experience, and drive demand across all channels. With a strong background in luxury hospitality, the Marketing Manager will oversee digital marketing, public relations, content development, and online reputation management while mentoring on-property marketing talent. This role plays a critical part in driving guest engagement, increasing direct bookings, and fostering long-term brand loyalty through refined, data-driven marketing initiatives.

  • Always maintain a professional image in appearance/attire and conduct when dealing with vendors and resort employees.
  • Basic mathematical skills to complete reports and working knowledge of financial statements and forecasting techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms, Canva, Adobe, AI Platforms.
  • Proven success managing multi-channel marketing strategies in hospitality.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • 3-5+ years of marketing experience, with prior experience in a luxury or upscale hotel preferred.
  • Must have a strong knowledge of digital marketing space for hospitality.
