Requirements
- A sharp, resourceful marketer with strong instincts and initiative
- Someone confident making decisions and comfortable working independently

Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with HVAC or wholesale distribution is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Work with vendors to develop and implement marketing programs that grow sales and strengthen our customer relationships.
- Lead content creation across digital channels, campaigns, and promotional materials
- Manage social media presence and community engagement
- Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional opportunities
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with leadership to shape the company’s marketing vision
