Biosero, part of the BICO group, develops innovative laboratory automation software and integrated solutions that accelerate scientific research and drug development for leading pharma and biotech organizations. As a key brand within BICO’s lab automation portfolio, Biosero helps customers orchestrate complex workflows and maximize the value of automation across the lab. The Marketing Manager for Biosero will own and drive Biosero’s marketing activities, with a strong focus on lead generation, digital presence, and campaign performance in the lab automation market. This role sits within Biosero, reporting into a Biosero commercial/leadership function, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Head of Global Marketing at BICO to ensure alignment with group strategy and shared processes. The position focuses on building a scalable, data-driven marketing engine across web, social media, and events, while closely partnering with sales to deliver high-quality, sales-ready leads. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution in digital marketing, content creation, and event management. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to plan, execute, track, and optimize campaigns that strengthen Biosero’s brand and generate pipeline. Some travel to Biosero hubs in the US and to key industry events is expected.
