Lead the development and execution of strategic, brand-driven marketing and proposal initiatives that support business growth, client engagement, and revenue generation. Serve as the bridge between marketing, sales, and operations to ensure consistent messaging and high-impact deliverables. Success in this role is demonstrated by measurable marketing impact on pipeline growth, win rates, and overall revenue performance. The Marketing Manager delivers strategic, data-driven initiatives that improve visibility, strengthen positioning, and support sales success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing, strategy, or related field
  • Experience supporting revenue growth and sales enablement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Define and communicate brand positioning, value proposition, and key differentiators
  • Align marketing initiatives with client engagement and growth strategies
  • Oversee end-to-end proposal and RFP strategy, ensuring high-quality submissions
  • Develop compelling, client-focused messaging and win themes
  • Partner with sales and leadership on bid strategy and positioning
  • Lead visual design and branding across all marketing and proposal materials
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand standards
  • Incorporate creative elements (graphics, infographics, storytelling) to elevate content
  • Develop and manage marketing content including case studies, project profiles, and presentations
  • Maintain a centralized content library for proposals and marketing use
  • Continuously refine messaging based on market trends and insights
  • Partner with sales, operations, HR, and leadership to align messaging and strategy
  • Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and marketing
  • Support client engagement initiatives and showroom experience alignment
  • Support development of client journey and engagement strategies
  • Ensure marketing materials enhance the client experience
  • Align showroom, events, and communications with brand standards
  • Track marketing and proposal performance metrics
  • Analyze win/loss data and campaign effectiveness
  • Use insights to improve strategy and outcomes
