About The Position

The Marketing Manager is a strategic and hands-on marketing leader responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen the Venbrook brand, support business development, and drive measurable growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role serves as a key partner to division leaders across Retail P&C, Employee Benefits, Brooks Wholesale, Specialty Programs, and Claims, translating business goals into compelling marketing strategies. The ideal candidate brings a blend of brand management experience, digital marketing fluency, and proven ability to operate nimbly in a complex environment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in financial services, insurance, or other B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing brand standards and developing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print channels.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), email marketing tools, web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and web design software (e.g. Figma.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write clearly and compellingly across audiences and formats
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Self-starter who can operate independently in a lean team environment while effectively collaborating across a matrixed organization
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data, derive meaningful insights, and translate them into strategy adjustments
  • Some travel may be required for events, conferences, and office visits.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Degree in Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus

Nice To Haves

  • B2B marketing experience in insurance or professional services preferred
  • Proven track record of developing and executing marketing programs at a multi-entity company is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that support enterprise-wide revenue goals and align with the strategic priorities of key Venbrook business groups, which you own and support day-to-day.
  • Stewardship of Venbrook brand equity across all channels and touchpoints, ensuring consistency of voice, visual identity, and brand positioning across enterprise and business group communications.
  • Lead MarTech and digital marketing efforts for the Venbrook Marketing Team including managing Venbrook.com, SEO/SEM strategy, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, lead management, and email marketing.
  • Partner with business group leaders to develop targeted marketing campaigns, sales enablement materials, and client-facing presentations that support new business acquisition and retention.
  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics, campaign analytics, and key performance indicators; provide regular updates to the CMO with actionable recommendations.
  • Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively across campaigns and channels, ensure expenditures align with approved plans and measure ROI.
