About The Position

Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately owned produce distributors in Florida, Texas, and Georgia. With deliveries 365 days a year, 7 days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets. The Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy, focusing on driving market expansion, customer growth, and revenue. This role is responsible for brand strategy, demand generation, digital and product marketing, and go to market initiatives. The Marketing Manager works closely with the Director of Communications to deliver consistent customer facing brand experience while clearly distinguishing marketing activities from corporate communications.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Adobe, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fast learner with the capability to quickly grasp new processes and systems.
  • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing environments
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support business growth and revenue goals
  • Plan and execute demand generation and lead acquisition campaigns across multiple channels
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website, email marketing, paid media, SEO, and social platforms
  • Manage product marketing initiatives, including positioning, launches, and sales enablement materials
  • Drive go to market strategies in partnership with sales, operations, and leadership teams
  • Analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics; optimize strategies based on insights and data
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and external partners
  • Lead multi channel marketing programs (digital, social, email, advertising, events) focused on lead generation and customer retention.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and vendors for campaign execution.
  • Manage lead generation & ROI measurement (integrated with HubSpot & website)
  • Define and track KPIs to measure marketing performance and ROI.
  • Partner with product and sales teams to ensure offers are positioned effectively for target audiences
  • Oversee photography, creative production, and content standards
