About The Position

We're building a production-level AI company and we need a Marketing Manager who already understands how to use AI to do the work. As Marketing Manager you’ll own marketing operations, event execution, and content. You’ll build automations, ship agents, and use AI tools as core parts of your workflow. You won't be reinventing the brand; you'll be executing and scaling it. As Blank Metal grows, this role is designed to evolve, building and managing an agentic marketing team. If you want to build something from the ground up with the backing of a company already investing in AI infrastructure, this is it. This is a hybrid full-time position working from our office in Saint Anthony Main and reporting to the Chief Growth Officer. NOTE: This isn't a role for someone curious about AI or hoping to learn on the job. We will ask to see AI agents or automations you've built. Applications without this will not move forward.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in marketing operations, growth marketing, or event management
  • Demonstrable AI + marketing experience: you've built agents, automations, or AI-powered workflows and can show them
  • Technical proficiency with AI tools: you prototype quickly, you don't wait for someone to build tools for you
  • Event management track record: planning and executing professional events end-to-end, including ROI measurement
  • Analytical mindset: comfortable defining KPIs, running experiments, and reporting on campaign performance
  • Strong written communication: able to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives
  • Systems thinker who also executes: you build processes, not just plans

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working inside an AI company or technical product environment
  • Background in professional services or client-facing marketing roles
  • Familiarity with the Blank Metal brand, production AI, or enterprise AI infrastructure

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards tracking lead gen, campaign performance, and content ROI
  • Create marketing automations using AI tools to streamline outreach, personalization, and lead nurturing
  • Build AI agents that power content creation, distribution, and campaign workflows
  • Prototype website pages and components for the growth team
  • Manage the marketing tool stack: CMS, email platforms, analytics, and AI integrations
  • Build data pipelines for lead scoring and campaign attribution
  • Own the content calendar and publication schedule end-to-end
  • Produce case studies, partner marketing materials, and co-branded assets
  • Run the weekly headlines and thought leadership campaigns
  • Support content workflows from ideation through publication
  • Build AI-powered tools to streamline content creation and distribution
  • Plan and execute event series and one-off events from conception through post-event analysis
  • Coordinate conference sponsorships, booth logistics, and speaking opportunities
  • Manage event marketing materials, attendee communications, and swag orders
  • Track event ROI and generate post-event reports
  • Partner with sales and partnerships to understand pipeline needs and build supporting materials
  • Translate technical capabilities into marketing narratives in close collaboration with delivery teams
  • Work directly with leadership on messaging strategy and positioning
