About The Position

Horizon Health is seeking a Marketing Manager for our IOP Clinic called Thousand Branches Wellness in both Austin and San Antonio. This position is responsible for the provision of sales, marketing, and customer service activities within the community. The Marketing Manager is also responsible for achieving the budgeted utilization of the organization's continuum of care through the effective application of marketing principles and methods, as well as being responsible for the clinic's strategic marketing plan, enhancing the clinic's brand and image, management of all sales and business development activities. This position may travel on site here and there, but will mostly be out in the community doing community outreach and marketing. About Thousand Branches Wellness: Thousand Branches Wellness will provide outpatient mental health services including Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Medication Management, and Individual Therapy. A subsidiary of Universal Health Services (UHS), one of the largest and most respected providers of hospital and behavioral healthcare services, Thousand Branches Wellness is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support the program and complete community outreach to gain referrals. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field required.
  • Prior marketing and/ or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.
  • 5 years minimum experience in organizational communications, referral development, workshop planning, sales management, and physician relationships preferred.
  • Must have valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's of Business Administration highly preferred.
  • Prior knowledge and/ or experience working with military personnel preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Insure intake and business development relationships and collaboration
  • Develop and maintain accounts and referral source communication
  • Maintain documentation of sales calls, call plans, account profiles, and productivity
  • Identify elements that drive ADV
  • Review reports that impact marketing decisions
  • Develop clinic strategy plan
  • Develop process of identifying key accounts and market players
  • Provide routine reports to Corporate Leadership based on data/ analytics to track clinic trends and identify opportunities
