About The Position

the Marketing Manager executes EndeavorB2B’s corporate marketing and demand generation programs through content creation, campaign asset development, social media, email, collateral production, and day-to-day support of marketing operations, translating strategy into high-quality, on-brand deliverables that drive visibility, engagement, and pipeline growth. This role brings a data-driven mindset to planning and execution, using performance insights to continuously refine campaigns and demonstrate measurable impact. This hands-on role is ideal for a marketer who can write, design collateral, and coordinate execution across marketing operations, design, and demand generation, including drafting and deploying emails, building and updating collateral, managing social publishing, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to move work from brief to launch. The Marketing Manager is comfortable working in marketing automation and analytics tools, tracking what works, and turning results into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Write and edit marketing content, including blog posts, email copy, social posts, campaign messaging, and sales support materials.
  • Repurpose long-form content (webinars, white papers, presentations) into shorter formats such as social posts, emails, and one-pagers.
  • Maintain consistent tone, messaging, and brand voice across all channels and assets.
  • Optimize headlines, CTAs, and formats based on engagement and conversion data, incorporating A/B testing whereappropriate.
  • Build, proof, schedule, and deploy marketing emails.
  • Create and update campaign assets across email, social, landing pages, and collateral, ensuring alignment with briefs and timelines.
  • Set up andmaintaincampaigns and assets in HubSpot (templates, lists, links, and tracking parameters).
  • Track deliverables, manage deadlines, and follow up on inputs, reviews, and approvals to keep campaigns on schedule.
  • Monitor key email and campaign metrics (deliverability, open and click rates, form fills, MQLs) and recommend adjustments to improve performance and pipeline contribution.
  • Draft layouts and content for presentations, one-pagers, sales sheets, and other collateral using brand templates.
  • Create refined visuals, so materials are on-brand, polished, and production-ready.
  • Own version control and updates for recurring decks, core sales materials, and campaign assets.
  • Ensure case studies, proof points, and results in collateral are current andaccurate;updating metrics as new campaign and client outcomes become available.
  • Collaborate on the social content calendar and schedule posts across relevant platforms.
  • Coordinate blog content from draft through review, edit, and publication, ensuring alignment with key campaigns and themes.
  • Monitor engagement and performance metrics across social, blog, and email, and recommend content or format improvements over time.
  • Use channel analytics toidentifytop-performing topics, formats, and audiences, and feed those insights back into content planning and campaign strategy.
  • Define and track core marketing KPIs for campaigns and always-on programs, including engagement, lead volume, MQLs, and pipeline contribution.
  • Build andmaintainregular reports and dashboards in HubSpot and related tools to communicate performance, insights, and next steps to marketing and sales stakeholders.
  • Analyze campaign and channel results toidentifytrends, test ideas, and optimization opportunities, and proactively propose improvements that increase impact and ROI.
