Position Overview The Marketing Manager will lead and develop the Marketing Coordinator team while driving the execution of key marketing initiatives that support dōTERRA Wellness Advocates, customers, and global business objectives. This role is responsible for managing high-impact campaigns, overseeing project execution, optimizing marketing workflows, and ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables. The Marketing Manager serves as a strategic partner across departments and markets, aligning marketing initiatives with company goals while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects and mentoring or supervising team members.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership and global stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to execute from strategy through implementation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Slack, or similar tools.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and represent marketing as a strategic partner.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and develop Marketing Coordinators (Levels I–III). Conduct hiring, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and career development planning. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Campaign & Project Management Oversee the execution of major marketing campaigns and initiatives from concept through completion. Ensure all campaign assets are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards. Manage project prioritization, timelines, and resource allocation to meet company and market needs. Track and manage the lifecycle of digital and print collateral to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
  • Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration Serve as a key representative of the Marketing Department in cross-departmental and external market meetings. Present marketing strategies, campaign updates, and best practices to stakeholders and market leaders. Partner closely with Product Marketing to coordinate product launch timelines and asset readiness. Support special event planning and execution, including proposals, presentations, and coordination of marketing resources (data, imagery, reports, and slides).
  • Process Optimization & Brand Stewardship Develop and refine marketing workflows, communication channels, and approval processes to increase efficiency and scalability. Ensure all marketing materials complete the appropriate routing and approval process prior to publication. Uphold brand integrity and ensure alignment with dōTERRA standards across all channels and markets.
