The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote the company's products and services to target audiences. This includes conducting market research to understand industry trends and customer needs, creating brand messaging that resonates with clients, and overseeing campaigns across various channels, such as digital media, print, and trade shows. They work closely with the sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive and targeted messaging. Additionally, they analyze campaign performance, manage budgets, and drive brand awareness to generate leads and support business growth. The role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing sectors to align the company's offerings with the unique regulatory and logistical needs of clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting
  • Proficient with marketing-related software programs
  • A history of planning successful product launches and events
  • Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management and clients
  • Time management and organization skills for planning and executing both large and small marketing projects and initiatives
  • Leadership skills to motivate team members and manage conflicts
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Brand Development: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure content aligns with brand messaging.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage emerging technologies to enhance digital marketing strategies.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
