About The Position

The Marketing Manager oversees Alterman’s Digital Marketing, Creative Brand, and Integrated Campaign and Communications functions. This role translates corporate marketing strategy into execution—driving brand consistency, digital performance, and high-quality creative output across all platforms. The Marketing Manager leads day-to-day digital campaigns, brand management, content creation, and creative production while mentoring team members and ensuring alignment with department, operations, and corporate growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of progressive marketing experience.
  • Experience leading digital campaigns and managing creative production required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong team management and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage internal teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, and web performance optimization.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; video editing familiarity preferred).
  • Strong copywriting and content strategy skills.
  • Ability to interpret analytics and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track metrics, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in architecture, engineering, or construction industry preferred.
  • Experience managing direct reports preferred.
