We are seeking a hands-on, player-coach Marketing Manager to lead execution across all marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for translating strategy into action by owning campaigns, supporting sales, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring marketing systems and tools are fully leveraged. You will work directly with our Fractional CMO, who leads strategy and direction, while you own execution, optimization, and day-to-day performance. You will also oversee an Events & Content Specialist and help scale In-Telecom’s marketing function as the company grows. This role requires someone who operates with endurance to follow through, communicates with transparency, and is committed to outcomes that benefit all stakeholders.
