We are seeking a versatile and experienced Marketing Manager to oversee and execute a wide array of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, thought leadership, lead generation, and customer engagement. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring a generalist who can seamlessly transition between strategic planning, campaign execution, content development, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience owning the full marketing mix and is adept at managing projects from concept through completion in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll do Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, email, content, social, events) to support product launches, major initiatives, and pipeline growth. Collaborate with internal and external experts to develop compelling marketing content, including white papers, blog posts, case studies, website copy, and sales enablement materials, ensuring all assets align with brand guidelines and compliance standards. Work with the Digital and Demand Generation teams to optimize website performance, SEO efforts, email marketing effectiveness, and paid media execution to maximize reach and conversion rates. Serve as a key liaison to the Sales team, providing them with necessary marketing collateral, training, and strategic insights to effectively position and sell our solutions. Conduct ongoing market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify key trends, refine target audience profiles, and ensure our messaging is differentiated and impactful. Manage project-level marketing budgets, oversee relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors, and ensure resources are deployed efficiently to achieve marketing goals. Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all marketing initiatives against key KPIs (e.g., pipeline, MQLs, engagement), presenting findings to stakeholders with clear, actionable recommendations for optimization.
