Role Overview Safetrust is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead demand generation, enterprise marketing, and go-to-market execution. You will operate in a hands-on, high-impact environment, owning campaigns, content, digital strategy, and account-based marketing initiatives while working closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a build-and-scale environment, enjoys owning outcomes, and knows how to translate complex technology into compelling, revenue-driving messaging.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in B2B marketing within: SaaS, high-tech, cybersecurity, or physical security
  • Experience with demand generation and campaign execution
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (automation, reporting, segmentation)
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling messaging
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting a shift from hardware to SaaS or services-based models
  • Experience marketing to Global 1000 or large enterprise accounts
  • Familiarity with access control, identity, BLE, NFC, or IoT ecosystems
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned to Safetrust’s platform and services model
  • Build and run integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline
  • Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting Global 1000 accounts
  • Align messaging to highlight long-term customer value, services, and platform capabilities
  • Own and optimize marketing automation in HubSpot (workflows, segmentation, reporting)
  • Track campaign performance and continuously optimize for conversion and pipeline impact
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling customer value propositions
  • Help reposition Safetrust from hardware-focused to platform and services-driven
  • Develop and maintain core marketing assets including: Sales presentations, Solution collateral, Case studies, Product and platform messaging
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure accuracy and clarity
  • Own and evolve the Safetrust website to reflect a modern SaaS/platform company
  • Partner with external agencies to redesign and optimize user experience
  • Improve conversion paths, messaging clarity, and customer journey
  • Ensure alignment between digital experience and demand generation strategy
  • Lead Safetrust’s social strategy with a focus on LinkedIn and enterprise audiences
  • Develop consistent, high-quality content including blogs, insights, and industry perspectives
  • Build thought leadership that positions Safetrust as a leader in identity and access innovation
  • Partner with internal teams to create authentic, technically grounded content
  • Track engagement and optimize content performance
  • Plan and execute trade shows, field events, and partner activations
  • Support development of immersive customer experiences (including demo environments)
  • Align event strategy with enterprise account targeting and ABM initiatives
  • Ensure strong, consistent brand presence across all touchpoints
  • Partner closely with Sales on enterprise account strategy and deal support
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to align messaging and launches
  • Support product rollouts, beta programs, and service launches
  • Ensure consistency across all customer-facing materials
  • Analyze market trends across physical security, identity, and SaaS platforms
  • Develop competitive positioning and messaging frameworks
  • Create battle cards and insights to support enterprise sales efforts
  • Understand Global 1000 buying behavior and procurement dynamics
