About The Position

We are seeking an energetic Marketing Manager who will drive and support a variety of corporate marketing initiatives across events and entertainment, guest experience and the digital space. Our ideal candidate will play an important role in our digital governance across social media, company websites, creative workflow, our digital advertising and content library management.

Requirements

  • Software Requirements: The position requires the employee to be proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as the online Google Suite of Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with a focus on business, marketing, advertising, sports management, or any related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional marketing experience
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills required. Spanish is a plus.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging digital and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and positively in a team environment.
  • Ability to effectively gather and present information and respond to questions from all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, as well as remain well-organized and self-motivated.

Nice To Haves

  • The ideal candidate will also have working knowledge and/or basic skills in the main Adobe Creative Suite products like Photoshop, Lightroom, and InDesign, as well as Hupspot CRM experience.
  • Experience with the horse racing, wagering and/or entertainment and hospitality industries a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in content creation and account management with internal and external stakeholders, including account oversight and community management across the company’s social media footprint, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and others.
  • Review and liaise with various social media teams on content calendars.
  • Propose and coordinate new content ideas and creation with agency and design teams.
  • Assist in identifying future content opportunities and campaigns for venue and event social media accounts.
  • Assist in account creation for emerging platforms, with an emphasis on maximizing existing channels with agency and venue partners.
  • Assist in the creation of online advertising with media agency by sourcing creative and copy, as well as campaign monitoring to achieve optimal results.
  • Analysis and oversight of campaign performance as it relates to key KPIs and goals, including growth, revenue, engagement, web traffic, etc.
  • Work with internal and external partners on dashboard development and monitoring.
  • Management of internal design workflow to organize and prioritize inbound requests from internal and external partners, as well as project review.
  • Manage event signage from budgeting to design and installation across multiple marquee events annually.
  • Primary liaison with merch/apparel development, uniforms, fulfillment plans and e-commerce plans.
  • Lead steward for photo, video and design asset management. Ensure and manage content gathering, photo tagging, library building and identifying needs.
  • Content sourcing for key marketing items such as decks or film needs.
  • Assist with website CMS and ticket platform updates, plus overall content monitoring as needed.
  • Assist in the creation of email calendars, data management and segmentation, email and SMS deployment, and analytics & reporting.
