Position: Marketing Manager – Drinking Water Solutions Location: Headquarters – Moon Township, PA We are seeking a highly skilled, organized, and motivated Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with marketing expertise to effectively communicate our products’ value to both technical and non-technical audiences. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, marketing knowledge with a focus on digital aspects and analysis, technical content development, and hands-on execution to drive our marketing initiatives as we prepare for significant growth due to new regulations driving the drinking water treatment industry. The Marketing Manager - Drinking Water Solutions is responsible for supporting the Drinking Water Solutions business line through market research and data analysis, including market share, competitive analysis, and market research into new potential markets or product offerings. Additionally, the Marketing Manager is responsible for adjusting, updating, and tracking key metrics and ROI for marketing plans and advertising strategy. The Marketing Manager also develops marketing materials to support the Business Line, including managing the on-line hosting and distribution of such materials, refreshing existing content, and creating (including collaborative writing of) new collateral to bolster how we promote and highlight our products and services for both technical and non-technical audiences. The Manager spearheads and manages marketing projects as assigned by the Business Line managerial team. The Marketing Manager also coordinates and develops various marketing activities and materials, such as lead generation and distribution, conference/show participation throughout the year, advertising campaigns and strategy, email campaigns, marketing analytics, etc. The Marketing Manager is a key contributor to the marketing budget, including creation and management of said budget, as well as finding, vetting, managing, and utilizing third party vendors as needed for support with collateral production, creative content, publications, conferences support (e.g., booths, giveaways, printed materials), etc.
