About The Position

At our company, the role of Marketing Manager for our multi-family communities, has a primary responsibility to drive traffic and enhance the visibility of our properties through strategic marketing initiatives. You'll be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to develop tailored marketing plans, provide support to underperforming communities, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. Additionally, you'll stay informed of market trends, evaluate the effectiveness of advertising strategies, and oversee the creation of various promotional materials. Your role extends to client communication, acquisition channel management, leasing report analysis, and maintaining the accuracy and quality of all marketing endeavors. Overall, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our properties' market presence, fostering client relationships, and driving sustainable growth through innovative marketing strategies. This position is considered an exempt position for purposes of federal wage-hour law.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education: High School or GED
  • Minimum Experience: 1 Year
  • Minimum Field-of-Expertise: General multi-family marketing knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Assist in development of marketing programs designed to generate traffic for individual communities
  • Research, create, implement, delegate, and monitor Preferred Employer Programs for all communities
  • Provide additional in-depth marketing support for underperforming communities
  • Monitor and report effectiveness of marketing strategies, creating changes when and where they are needed
  • Understand and work within marketing budgets at the corporate and property level
  • Research individual community markets and stay aware of current market trends
  • Assist in creation & execution of property marketing plans and programs as well as monitor continuation
  • Partner and communicate with stakeholders to implement strategic and creative marketing plans tailored to each community and its target audience both short term and long term
  • Oversee a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels- content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, community event management, publicity, social media, lead generation, copywriting, marketing performance analysis, etc.
  • Ability to pull leasing reports and provide marketing success and failure data to present to stakeholders with forward moving plan of action
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all marketing initiatives
  • Knowledge of multi-family housing operations and real-estate marketing concepts and terms to read, interpret, and apply market information to understand its impact on the company’s public image and reputations
  • Demonstrate skills in using the internet for marketing and product advertising and proficiency in navigating websites and internet communication tools such as email, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, You-Tube, TikTok and other social media advertising platforms
  • Setting up and managing social media accounts for communities. To include but not limited to regular postings regarding community events, promotions, engagement pieces, etc. as well as generating responses to comments and private messages
  • Create websites for newly onboarded properties to include uploading media, property information, amenities, and floor plans.
  • Maintain all community websites with accurate and up to date information
  • Update pricing in Entrata as requested by stakeholders
  • Ensuring promotional pricing is posted accurately on property websites and across all marketing platforms
  • Oversee and monitor monthly ILS audits for communities
  • Support stakeholders and communities with Monthly Resident Engagement activities as well as monitor for completion
