THE TEAM The mission of the Retail Marketing department is to create memorable in-store experiences that educate and inspire new and loyal customers, enhancing brand awareness and maximizing shop ability. THE OPPORTUNITY Aritzia is growing and our Retail Marketing team is growing with it. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Retail Marketing strategy and flawlessly executing against it to bring engaging retail experiences to boutiques across our portfolio. THE ROLE As the Manager/Senior Manager, Retail Marketing, you will lead the team to: Support defining the strategic channel approach for Retail Marketing. Bring the brand to life through a cohesive and engaging in-store experience. Translate strategy and market insights into Retail Marketing programming across various campaigns and initiatives. Deliver clear and engaging communications that attract, inspire, educate, and guide our customers. Deliver immersive and memorable client activations. Seamlessly manage and measure our Retail Marketing programs and experiences, across seasonal campaigns and annual initiatives. Work with the appropriate Business Support partners — including Creative, Visual Display, Production & Retail — to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.

Requirements

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Brand and Retail Marketing
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
  • The ability to travel to support retail marketing initiatives in market
