The Paid Media Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital advertising campaigns that drive lead generation and customer acquisition across the business. This role owns paid media performance end-to-end, partnering closely with the Director of Marketing to strategically manage budgets, scale high-performing campaigns, and support growth initiatives including promotions, regional initiatives, and new studio openings. The Paid Media Manager brings a data-driven, test-and-learn mindset, leveraging audience strategy, creative experimentation, and continuous optimization across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and emerging channels. This role works cross-functionally with creative and marketing partners to translate business goals into measurable, high-impact advertising results while staying ahead of industry trends and platform innovations.
