About The Position

The Paid Media Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital advertising campaigns that drive lead generation and customer acquisition across the business. This role owns paid media performance end-to-end, partnering closely with the Director of Marketing to strategically manage budgets, scale high-performing campaigns, and support growth initiatives including promotions, regional initiatives, and new studio openings. The Paid Media Manager brings a data-driven, test-and-learn mindset, leveraging audience strategy, creative experimentation, and continuous optimization across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and emerging channels. This role works cross-functionally with creative and marketing partners to translate business goals into measurable, high-impact advertising results while staying ahead of industry trends and platform innovations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns, with a proven ability to drive measurable ROI.
  • Strong understanding of core performance marketing platforms, including Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Deep understanding of auction-based media buying, campaign structure, and key performance levers across audiences, creative, bids, budgets, and landing page experiences.
  • Experience leveraging tools such as Google Analytics, Meta reporting, and similar platforms to inform decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into structured testing roadmaps and actionable optimization strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Partner closely with the Director of Marketing to strategically allocate, manage, and optimize media budgets across platforms including Meta, Google Ads and emerging channels.
  • Own campaign execution end-to-end, including audience targeting, keyword research, bid strategies, creative testing, and performance measurement.
  • Plan and execute seasonal, regional, and location-specific campaigns tied to promotions and new studio openings.
  • Monitor performance on a daily basis, proactively adjusting tactics to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with graphic designer to develop, test, and scale high-performing ad concepts, messaging, and visual assets.
  • Stay ahead of digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to inform strategy and execution.
