This is a hybrid role and you will be required to be on site at our location in Mettawa, IL Tuesday-Thursday EPKINLY is currently the first and only bispecific approved in 3L+ DLBCL and 3L+ FL. The DLBCL 3L+ space is highly competitive with multiple competitive entrants over the next several years in 3L+ and in earlier lines of treatment. The EPKINLY Marketing Manager will lead in-field and non-personal promotion and competitive differentiation for EPKINLY’s largest indication (DLBCL). This role will be responsible for optimizing both HCP and patient promotional channel mix, pulling through new CFL messaging and segmentation, and key tactics aligned to brand catalysts. Additionally, this role will own multiple strategic projects and be responsible for synthesizing large quantities of data (e.g., primary research, KOL learnings) and driving analytics/analysis to identify strategic opportunities for the brand. The candidate must be able to operate in a fast-paced organization, with high expectations, and execute high quality deliverables in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to achieve financial objectives. Additionally, the candidate must develop and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional and co-promotion partners to drive business results in a compelling, effective, and timely way. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Competency in core marketing capabilities such as translating insights into message and creative development, and optimization across the marketing mix
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, including timelines and on-time deliverables; organized and ability to project manage across a broad team
  • Ability to understand medical/clinical aspects of a pharmaceutical product and its application to marketing strategy and tactical execution
  • Success working in a matrixed organization to drive alignment to brand objectives; especially with sales teams
  • Experience leading or supporting strategic and tactical planning
  • Strong written and interpersonal skills
  • Must have the ability to effectively collaborate with, motivate and influence various levels/grades within the organization and outside of the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Consulting experience or agency background preferred; strong strategy background
  • Market experience is a bonus
  • Experience working in a joint venture commercial partnership is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Synthesizing data and insights from multiple sources to identify strategic opportunities for the brand; proactively shape analytics and research to deepen strategic insights; translate insights to executable action plans
  • Responsible for in-field promotional execution
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and with co-promotional partners to elevate HCP promotional tactics/resources and strengthen promotional claims (where appropriate via the CFL process)
  • Strategically understand business and competitive landscape and synthesize insights to identify opportunities to accelerate both BsAb and EPKINLY brand growth
