Rockstar Games is seeking a Marketing Manager to provide overall support to the Live Services marketing team. This role will serve as a liaison to other internal departments, international offices and external partners and aid in the execution of global marketing campaigns for Red Dead Online and Grand Theft Auto Online. This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years experience in consumer marketing / advertising.
  • A passion for gaming, solid understanding and curiosity about gaming trends and the Rockstar Games brand.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep knowledge and time investment across current live service titles.
  • Proficient with project management, relaying high level goals across teams, and visual communication.
  • Strong ability to organize and prioritize workload, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with analyzing campaigns, assessing impact and presenting results.
  • Resourceful problem solver with the skills to analyze marketing challenges and develop effective solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous professional experience working with gaming or entertainment services.
  • Basic Photoshop knowledge.
  • Deep knowledge of GTA Online.

Responsibilities

  • Align with development on game content plans, design intention, and release strategies.
  • Build marketing plans for Grand Theft Auto Online and Red Dead Online that support goals and priorities across the businesses, with approval from marketing leadership.
  • Deliver marketing plans with cross-functional teams including creative services, digital marketing, advertising, communications, community, partner marketing, and analytics.
  • Maintain asset development schedules and organize asset delivery to international marketing offices, studios, external agencies, vendors, and partners.
  • Coordinate multiple projects to ensure timely outcomes and completion, including post-campaign measurements and findings.
  • Be an expert on competitive live services and the overall industry landscape; ingest, prioritize, and disseminate that information to relevant publishing teams.
  • Perform ad-hoc support for live services marketing leadership including building presentations, developing plans, briefing assets, and communicating across teams.
