As the Marketing Manager, Hemostasis Solutions, you will lead North America marketing strategy and commercialization for a growing diagnostics portfolio—driving product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market execution that fuels long-term growth. This role sits at the intersection of science, strategy, and storytelling, partnering closely with Global Marketing, Sales, and Clinical teams to bring innovative Hemostasis solutions to market while representing the voice of the North American customer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or marketing (MBA preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in medical device or diagnostics marketing
  • Hemostasis market experience preferred
  • Strong business acumen with analytical and financial forecasting skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Comfort presenting to internal leaders and external customers

Responsibilities

  • Lead U.S. strategic marketing plans and multi-year product roadmaps
  • Own product positioning, pricing strategy, and lifecycle management
  • Serve as the Hemostasis subject-matter expert for Sales and cross-functional teams
  • Translate complex technology into compelling clinical and commercial value
  • Drive demand-generation programs and sales enablement tools
  • Influence global product decisions as the voice of U.S. customers
  • Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and clinical partners
  • Develop and deliver impactful training for specialist sales teams
