You'll be the creative spark and strategic enabler partnering directly with our Global Head of Marketing Strategy-Risk Capital to breathe life into big ideas and translate them into client-centered campaigns that drive awareness and real growth. Requirements

  • Significant experience in global marketing, B2B campaigns, and content creation, ideally within matrix organizations or complex business structures.
  • Deep understanding of brand and content marketing best practices, with a focus on demand generation.
  • Outstanding copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills-able to translate sophisticated topics into engaging, client-driven messages.
  • Track record managing projects end-to-end across functions, geographies, and teams.
  • Comfortable working as an individual contributor with opportunity to grow and potentially lead teams.
  • Hardworking, detail-oriented, collaborative team player, able to manage colleagues (not just stakeholders) and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
  • Flexible attitude-Need to work across all global time zones with potential for occasional business travel.
  • Passion for creating campaigns that bridge brand awareness and business growth
  • Expertise in navigating matrix organizations and collaborating across borders
  • Bachelor's degree (marketing qualifications a plus)
  • Ability to work in-office 3 days per week

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate global strategic and growth marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand, content and demand generation goals and business priorities.
  • Translate complex business strategies into compelling, market-winning campaigns rooted in client needs and global/multinational risk perspectives.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to shape ideas, materials, and delivery timelines.
  • Craft high-quality marketing content for diverse audiences, including clients, prospects, thought leadership platforms, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support end-to-end campaign management: from ideation and strategy through to execution, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a complex matrix environment, always ensuring deadlines are met and outcomes exceeded.
  • Act as a brand steward-preserving voice, tone, and story consistency across channels and touchpoints.
  • Champion client-first storytelling, bringing our unique value to life across industries, risk sectors, and global markets.
  • Provide hands-on support for communications and marketing needs, proactively identifying content gaps and new opportunities.
