We have an opening for a Marketing Manager, Enterprise . This role could be based in the following cities: Denver Overland Park Position Summary: The Marketing Manager supports and executes strategic marketing plans by independently managing and delivering marketing tactics for a defined sector(s) or enterprise initiative. This role positions the sector’s value proposition and design acumen through high-quality, on-brand content, campaigns, and communications. The Marketing Manager develops creative storytelling, materials, and deliverables in alignment with established processes, standards, and the annual marketing calendar, while collaborating closely with integrated design teams and marketing specialists across the firm.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, brand, or communications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities across concurrent deadlines with agility and focus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign; proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint and Teams.
• Self-starter mentality who can calmly manage multiple projects and produce high-quality materials under tight deadlines.
• Critical thinking skills to identify prioritize and execute projects.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring work visa or residency sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Experience within the AEC industry/ design industry.
• Familiarity with information gathering and data management using Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint (preferred).
• Demonstrated growth mindset with a desire to continually improve processes, outcomes, and marketing impact.
• Strong project and people management skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and elevate compelling storytelling through a variety of media formats that highlight sector expertise and design excellence, including multi-channel integrated campaigns, project storytelling, conference and event support, client-facing award programs, and marketing asset management.
• Research, write, proofread, and edit high-quality content while championing DLR Group’s brand standards, voice, and style.
• Lead editorial content-gathering interviews and workshops with thought leaders across the firm, driving timely and effective deliverables.
• Develop and maintain on-brand sector content, including web-based storytelling and sector pages on dlrgroup.com.
• Become a market expert by tracking sector, competitor, and broader marketing trends to inform messaging and strategy.
• Contribute to KPI tracking and performance measurement that demonstrates the impact of sector-based marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with digital teams to publish campaigns and initiatives across digital platforms and emerging media.
• Partner with graphic designers to develop custom graphics and templates in support of marketing campaigns.
• Work with media managers to promote campaigns and increase reach and visibility.

• The suggested pay range for this position is: Pay Range $65,000 - $90,000 USD
• DLR Group follows a four-day in-office work model, with employees having the flexibility to work somewhere other than the office on Fridays.
