Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone Orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes. The Marketing Manager, DPS Community is responsible for the execution, operation, and scaling of DePuy Synthes’ global peer-to-peer surgeon community as the organization establishes itself as a standalone company. Reporting to the DPS Community Lead, this role translates community strategy into action--owning day-to-day platform operations, program execution, communications, data integrity, and cross-functional coordination. This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations, digital platforms, and community engagement. It is accountable for delivering high-quality, scalable community experiences across orthopaedic specialties, business units, and geographies while partnering closely with marketing, clinical, education, sales, and digital teams. This is not a maintain-the-status-quo role. As DePuy Synthes builds its independent digital ecosystem and brand presence, the Marketing Manager will help evolve the surgeon community from a regionally focused platform into a globally integrated, cross-platform engagement channel--driving adoption, engagement, and measurable impact. This role is supported by platform vendors, agency partners, and cross-functional digital and analytics teams, enabling the Marketing Manager to focus on execution excellence, integration, and scale.
