About The Position

Requirements

  • 6–9+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within high-growth SaaS or technology environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in integrated campaign strategy and execution, managing multi-channel initiatives that align with go-to-market goals.
  • Direct experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or post-sale engagement programs.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, pipeline development, and sales alignment strategies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and influence stakeholders in fast-paced, evolving organizations.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, capable of translating complex value propositions into compelling campaign messaging.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using performance metrics and analytics to optimize marketing programs.
  • Ability to thrive in environments where processes are still being defined and continuous improvement is encouraged.

  • Additional experience in scaling organizations, partner marketing ecosystems, or supporting both enterprise and mid-market segments is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive customer marketing programs that support adoption, value realization, retention, and growth throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage initiatives that promote customer advocacy, including case studies, testimonials, reviews, and reference programs.
  • Create scalable engagement programs such as customer campaigns, nurture flows, and communications tied to product launches and updates.
  • Define and track key success metrics for customer marketing initiatives, including engagement levels, retention influence, expansion pipeline, and advocacy outcomes.
  • Own the integrated campaign framework, including annual and quarterly campaign planning aligned with business priorities and go-to-market strategies.
  • Translate high-level company goals into clear campaign strategies with defined audiences, messaging, channels, objectives, and KPIs.
  • Coordinate campaign execution across marketing functions such as digital, field marketing, partner marketing, lifecycle marketing, and sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success teams to ensure campaigns support pipeline growth and revenue objectives.
  • Develop campaign briefs, timelines, and performance reports to analyze results and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time with consistent messaging and strong alignment.
