About The Position

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead consumer marketing and demand generation for our independent travel advisors and agency owners, focused on our WorldVia Travel Agency brand on WorldVia.com. This role is based at our Roswell, Georgia headquarters and is responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that build brand awareness, drive qualified traffic, and generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) for our network.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation with a consumer focus.
  • Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns (social, email, PPC, SEO; AEO experience is a plus).
  • Experience building and optimizing lead generation programs that produce measurable MQLs for sales, partners, or distributed teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in marketing analytics, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
  • Demonstrable expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Planner for project management
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into clear briefs and content.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage lead generation campaigns across social media, email, PPC, SEO, and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to drive consumer inquiries to our independent advisors.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel consumer campaigns that increase awareness, site traffic, and MQLs for WorldVia Travel on WorldVia.com.
  • Partner with product, technology, and partner relations teams to align messaging, promotions, and advisor visibility on the platform.
  • Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards, reporting on channel KPIs, cost per lead, conversion rates, and MQL volume.
  • Own the consumer social media calendar and day-to-day publishing, engagement, and community-building across key platforms.
  • Develop and optimize email marketing programs, including newsletters, nurture journeys, and triggered campaigns to move prospects from interest to inquiry.
  • Create landing pages, on-site content, and SEO/AEO strategy to improve organic visibility and conversion.
  • Test and iterate creative, messaging, and audiences for paid media campaigns to improve ROI.
  • Stay current on travel and digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, applying them to strengthen performance.
