Through your broad Marketing expertise – grounded in inputs across Enterprise Insights, Media & Marketing Effectiveness, Media Strategy, Finance – you will support pyramid teams and campaigns to maximize relevance and competitive advantage. Your commitment to partnership and collaboration will rally & inspire internal partners across functions. Here, you will be challenged to deliver the compelling, seamless and innovative work that motivates guests to choose Target. As a Marketing Manager, Annual Plan, you will be responsible for integrating across marketing by democratizing plans, investment, insights and performance accountabilities. Ownership would include holistic marketing budget maintenance, Quarterly Marketing reporting, insight & performance dashboard updates and taxonomy set up support, ultimately integrating across routines, inclusive of Marketing Learning Series leadership. This role requires strong business acumen with a passion for learning & optimizing plans rooted in data, insights and performance.
