About The Position

The Marketing Liaison Specialist is responsible for Community Liaison, overall external marketing, including coordination with other referral sources. This person may also help out in intake. The territory covers the greater Philadelphia area. This is a full-time, non-remote role. The company is seeking a people-oriented individual with a background in healthcare and a passion for serving others.

Requirements

Extensive community relations development experience
Working knowledge of internet recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems
Must be comfortable in one-on-one as well as with public speaking and should have with demonstrable presentation skills
Ability to remain flexible, resilient, calm and maintain a sense of humor in all situations
Diligent and firm with high ethical standard

Responsibilities

Drive Client growth by building out community relationship and referral sources
Develop and maintain an ongoing referral network across the business footprint
Develop and executing ongoing marketing plan including management of event sponsorship, marketing, advertising and tracking results there off.
Work with our Wellness Team to enhance understanding of client needs and highlight their inclusions in diverse marketing materials
Develop and maintain caregiver referral sources
Serve as an advisor and a mentor to varying levels within the organization
Assist executive management with preparation and administration of the agency’s mentor program
