JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing Liaison serves as a primary point of contact between OSS Health and referring physician offices, local businesses, non-profit organizations and more in the established territory. The Marketing Liaison represents OSS Health in a professional manner, providing an exceptional level of customer service.

Requirements

  • Three years of experience as a community liaison, marketing coordinator or similar role required.
  • Must possess exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Must be computer literate and able to utilize Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license required. Ability to travel to all OSS Health locations, and other organizations within business region.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or Healthcare preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development – builds patient volumes in accordance with the strategic marketing plan by identifying referral sources for OSS Health.
  • Provides exceptional customer service to physician practices and other healthcare providers currently referring patients to OSS Health.
  • Establishes and maintains communications with referring providers and their office staff through regular visits, emails or phone calls to ensure questions are answered, requests are satisfied and referring physician issues are given the needed attention.
  • Receives complaints and/or concerns and works with appropriate OSS Health staff to ensure issues are satisfactorily resolved.
  • Introduces new providers, new and/or expanded services and other relevant OSS Health information.
  • Identifies potential referral sources and visits offices to introduce OSS Health.
  • Identifies ways to promote OSS Health provider interaction with physician community, i.e. educational lunches, social events, etc.
  • Develops and implements community outreach, i.e. health fairs and chamber events, from correspondence to working and staffing the event.
  • Builds strong relationships and contacts with community organizations not currently utilizing OSS Health providers and/or services and seeks community involvement through various avenues including healthcare networking groups, local chambers, community events, etc.
  • Works collaboratively with managers, physicians, clinical directors and other OSS Health staff to gather feedback, develop communication strategies and to persuade community members to utilize OSS Health services.
  • Serves as an advocate for OSS Health in the community linking our organization with the businesses and physician communities and increasing the visibility of OSS Health services and providers.
  • Maintain specified internal marketing programs and projects as designated by Director.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing team on specified marketing projects as designated by Director.
  • Other duties as assigned.
