About The Position

Internship projects vary depending on the needs of both the student and the business. Haemonetics interns are assigned to a meaningful project within the company to acquire a variety of experiences, try different skills, and learn what a future career might offer while also contributing to our innovation agenda by completing business-critical projects and assignments. The Marketing Internship will be located onsite 3 days/2 days remote per week in our downtown Boston HQ located at 125 Summer St. The Summer 2026 Internship is a 12-week program that requires a commitment to start on June 1st and stay through August 21st. The Plasma Business within Haemonetics focuses on supporting plasma donation centers with advanced collection systems and software solutions that improve efficiency and donor experience. Plasma is a critical component in life-saving therapies for patients with immune disorders, bleeding conditions, and other serious illnesses. Our team is responsible for driving innovation and sustained profitable growth for our plasma business. We support our customers plasma centers in optimizing operations, improving donor experience, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing strategy, campaign execution and analytics. You will work closely with the marketing team to support initiatives that drive awareness, education, and customer engagement. Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinker with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Undergrad or graduate student with a focus or experience in marketing, communications or business analytics.

Nice To Haves

  • experience with tools like Canva, HubSpot, or Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Preferred coursework include data/marketing analytics, communication, program development and management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of a plasma awareness week marketing campaign across digital and traditional channels.
  • Assist with social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
  • Help develop and edit marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, digital assets and website
  • Refresh digital plasma library
  • Assist in event planning and coordination
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the marketing department as needed
