About The Position

Haymarket Media, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Intern to join the Medical Communications Campaign Performance Team, specifically working with the PPC and Business Intelligence teams. This position is located in our New York, NY office, with three days on-site (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and a team flex day) and two days remote. Job Overview: The Marketing Intern will work closely with the entire Campaign Performance team in the promotion of our online websites, articles, and campaigns on behalf of all Haymarket Medical Communications PPC and Business Intelligence teams.

Requirements

Major in Marketing or Communications
Strong attention to detail

Self-starter who can multitask, solve problems, and take ownership of projects
Ability to forge strong working relationships with a variety of colleagues

Nice To Haves

Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, preferred
Experience with PowerPoint, Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Excel, preferred

Responsibilities

Assist with marketing campaigns to ensure achievement of participation goals for each initiative
Analyze performance data from emails, PPC campaigns, and ad modules
Assist in monthly budget and forecasting meetings, including daily formula updates
Create banner ads within relevant creative platforms
Assist with the development of PPC and retargeting campaigns in Google, Facebook, and other platforms
Maintain and update tracking documentation in Excel and Google sheets
Assist in contributing research, insights, and strategy recommendations
Assess statistics in Looker and Google Sheet trackers for CPE and Impression Campaigns
Work towards obtaining Google Ads/Analytics Certification
Undertake other assigned marketing initiatives, which may include support for other Haymarket brands
