About The Position

This Corporate Summer Internship at Lithia & Driveway offers hands-on experience within a fast-paced, innovative company. Lithia & Driveway is one of North America's largest and fastest-growing automotive retailers, operating 400-450 dealerships across the U.S., U.K., and Canada, providing a seamless online and in-store customer experience. As an intern, you will work with supportive teams, develop real-world skills, and contribute to meaningful projects that drive the business forward. Interns will provide support to various corporate departments, including Accounting, Finance, Marketing, People & Culture, Performance Management, and Legal.

Requirements

• Currently Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, and another related field
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software’s
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Support daily tasks and assist with department operations
• Help organize and manage information using internal tools
• Contribute to team projects and complete assigned tasks on time
• Maintain clear documentation and support process improvements
• Collaborate in a positive team environment and communicate effectively
• Participate in training and development opportunities
