The Marketing Intern will support the overall marketing strategy and fan engagement efforts for three Attain Sports organizations: the Chesapeake Baysox (Double-A Affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles), Frederick Keys (High-A of the Baltimore Orioles), and Aberdeen IronBirds (MLB Draft League Team). This role will focus on research-driven marketing initiatives, brand development, and enhancing the fan experience from a digital and in-game perspective. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-departmental teams, the Marketing Intern will assist in identifying best practices, executing campaigns, and supporting both digital and in-person fan touchpoints. This position offers hands-on experience across multiple areas of sports marketing while working with three professional baseball organizations.
