About The Position
As an Intern at Melissa & Doug, you will gain hands-on experience working with innovative teams and world‑class brands in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. You’ll be paired with a dedicated manager and mentor who will support your development, introduce you to the organization, and help you build the skills needed to succeed in your role.
Responsibilities
- Support social media campaigns, collaborating on internal briefings, brainstorms and concept development
- Support the Retail Store with marketing events, promotional material, content creation and merchandising optimizations
- Prepare competitive audits of brands in our category, or outside of our categories for inspiration for marketing & product
- Help organize & plan the evolution of creative assets to reflect new positioning & campaign
- Provide support on day-to-day tasks to help drive team efficiency and business outcomes
- Bring a positive, proactive approach to working with teammates across the organization
- You’re a self-starter willing to bring energy and ideas.
