About The Position

The Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in executing day-to-day initiatives that help promote the company’s brand, products, and services. This role offers hands-on experience in marketing operations, content creation, campaign support, and market research while providing exposure to cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, professional environment. The CERATIZIT site in Charlotte is a key hub for customer service and distribution across North America, delivering high-performance cutting tools with speed, flexibility, and a strong customer focus. Requirements

• Enrollment in an accredited college or university required
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
• Open to junior or senior–level undergraduate students

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels
• Support content creation for marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, presentations, and promotional collateral
• Conduct market and competitive research and summarize findings for the marketing team
• Help maintain and update marketing databases, trackers, and project documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Product, and Communications to support marketing initiatives
• Monitor and report on basic campaign performance metrics and engagement results
• Assist with event planning, trade show preparation, and internal marketing activities as needed
• Perform general administrative and organizational tasks to support the marketing department
