Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer trends and preferences to identify new product positioning and digital marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist to brainstorm, create, and schedule content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Help design graphics, write copy, and capture/organize photos or videos for use across digital channels.
• Monitor social media engagement and contribute ideas for increasing reach, impressions, and interactions.
• Track and report key performance metrics for marketing initiatives alongside the Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
