About The Position

Saville is looking for a summer intern to support our Employee Engagement and Experience team. This includes Training & Development, Employee Recruiting & Hiring and Employee Events. Our EEE team works together to promote Saville’s company culture, find the right new hires for our growing teams, and ensure our employees receive the resources they need to be successful. What is the job? Employee Events Assist with event research, planning, set-up and tear-down Maintaining events database Updating and tracking budgets for employee engagement Creating and maintaining RSVP lists for events Social Media and Internal Communication Create Social media content for Instagram Create graphics for internal use Updating internal Intranet site Design monthly TV screen displays in PowerPoint Training and Development Assist in hosting Saville training sessions Reporting database reporting Recruitment and Onboarding Correspondence and follow up with candidates Register for Saville Career Fair and Recruiting Events Assist with coordinating employee engagement events with summer intern class Welcome new employees as part of employee onboarding Assist with maintaining candidate files

Requirements

  • Interest in Human Resources or Communication
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience using content creation tools such as Prezi, Canva, or InDesign
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Organized, energetic and self-directed with a professional appearance
