About The Position

Aquarian Holdings is seeking a creative and analytical Intern to join our Marketing & Communications Team in Summer 2026. The team develops brand strategy, produces content, and supports fundraising and client engagement efforts. This internship offers exposure to how a financial firm communicates its value proposition and market insights.. The internship is based in our New York City office.

Requirements

• Rising Senior with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5
• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field
• Ability to work on site in New York City five days per week
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Wordpress, Canva, and Adobe Suite a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing marketing materials, pitch decks, talking points, and digital content
• Conduct research on financial services trends, competitors, conferences, awards, and communication
• Support website updates, external communications planning, and content organization
• Help track analytics and engagement metrics across events, newsletters, website, and LinkedIn
• Collaborate with investment and client services teams to translate insights into clear messaging
• Provide general administrative support to the Marketing & Communications team (e.g., scheduling, file management, meeting action items)
