About The Position

CW Financial Services LLC ("CW") is a premier and unique, full-service real-estate firm providing solutions to institutional clients in the areas of Commercial Real Estate Finance. CW is recognized industry wide for providing the most sophisticated capital markets structuring techniques. Through RealINSIGHT Marketplace ("RI Marketplace")-a leading online commercial real estate auction platform-CW connects buyers and sellers through technology-enabled transactions. As a Marketing Intern, you will support the execution and coordination of marketing efforts for live commercial real estate listings on the RI Marketplace platform. This role provides exposure to asset-level marketing, full-funnel email campaigns, digital advertising coordination, and platform-driven marketing workflows. You will collaborate with internal teams to help ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely execution across marketing touchpoints.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Comfort learning new tools, platforms, and processes.
  • Interest in marketing, digital platforms, technology, and/or real estate.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Preference for 3rd- or 4th-year undergraduate students.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior coursework or exposure to marketing, digital media, or business concepts is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support asset-level marketing execution for live commercial real estate listings on the RI Marketplace platform.
  • Assist with preparation of new property launches, including photo ordering and asset organization.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts across listings, full-funnel email campaigns, and digital advertising.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely execution across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Support platform-driven marketing workflows, automation, and documentation.
  • Organize marketing assets, schedules, and internal workflows.
  • Monitor campaign performance and flag issues or optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, deal teams, brokers, and sellers.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes and quality control.
